Shrimp Cocktail Rolls

Ingredients
1/2 cup Bowl & Basket Zesty Cocktail Sauce
1/4 cup Bowl & Basket Tartar Sauce
1/4 cup Bowl & Basket Horseradish
5 Bowl & Basket Enriched Sliced Potato Hot Dog Buns
1 bag Bowl & Basket Ez-Peel Colossal Raw, Shrimp 32oz
1/4 cup Minced Celery
1/4 cup Minced Green Onion
1 Lemon, juiced
Directions
- Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.
- Add frozen shrimp to the boiling water and cook for 7 minutes.
- Once the shrimp are a light pink, strain out the water and rinse the shrimp under cold water.
- Next, take a wooden skewer and carefully push it under the top of the shrimp shell down to the tail.
- After doing this, the shrimp should be straight on the skewer.
- Then carefully pull the shrimp meat apart from the shell.
- This hack allows you to easily deshell and devein the shrimp simultaneously.
- Add all the unshelled shrimp into a large bowl and mix in the Bowl & Basket Zesty Cocktail Sauce, the Bowl & Basket Horseradish sauce, minced celery, and lemon juice.
- Toast the Bowl & Basket Enriched Slice Potato Hot Dog Buns and add the shrimp mixture into each bun.
- Top each roll with a spoon full of Bowl & Basket Tartar sauce and sliced green onion.
